TRAINING

TNT Athletics is here to offer you athletic-based training. We will work with you on footwork, agility, strength, speed, conditioning, and mental toughness.

YOUTH TRAINING

It's never to early to start developing the young athlete. As young as 8 years of age, we have programs for your son or daughter that will help them improve their motor skills, toughness, speed, and work ethic.

 

Most importantly, we want to instill a strong base for them to further build as they become more and more involved with sports and the quickly developing training aspect that comes with it.

 

Youth Training packages include:

  • Speed and Agility Conditioning (SAC) 

  • Jr. Collegiate

  • Collegiate Package

ADULT TRAINING

Our athletic-based training is not just for the young student-athlete. Come train like an athlete again with one of our Adult Programs. With almost identical workout programs, you get to try something new and experience something a little different. 

 

In Adult Training, we push the body to find your limits and we NEVER repeat a workout! Workout programs can always be modified to fit your needs.

 

Don't want training? Just jump on an Email Blast Program that keeps you in check and gives you weekly workouts!

TEAM TRAINING

Sign up the whole team! TNT Athletics will deliver sport specific drills, speed and agility work, conditioning, and strength training in a team building environment. Teammates will learn to push one another both on and off the field.

 

These programs are great to strengthen team chemistry and give them a competitive advantage!
