This video demonstrates a typical workout when enrolled into the Jr. Collegiate and Collegiate Packages. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up and is followed by some sort of athletic/speed movement (varies). The session then goes into our strength portion of the workout (Keep in in mind that workouts are tailored for each athlete). Before members leave, they are required to get a post-workout recovery shake (included in your costs).
